Accessibility Statement

Last updated 12 October 2026

Grosco, a sole proprietorship of Premnath Mohan based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India wants everyone to be able to use grosco.co.in, whatever their ability or the technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, in the spirit of India’s Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016.

What we have done

  • Keyboard. Every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring. The full-screen menu is out of the tab order while closed.
  • Reduced motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, the Home film becomes still frames with simple fades, the custom cursor is switched off, and animations elsewhere stop or are replaced by fades.
  • Text, not pictures of text. All of the film’s words are real text on the page, so screen readers, translation tools and search engines can read them. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Structure. Each page has one main heading and headings in order, with landmarks for the header, main content and footer.
  • Colour and contrast. Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, and colour is never the only way information is shown.
  • Sound. Nothing plays sound unless you turn it on. Only the Home film has sound, and it has no speech.
  • Forms. Every field in the Apply form has a visible label; choices use real checkboxes and radio buttons; errors are described in text and focus moves to the first field that needs attention.
  • Zoom. Text can be enlarged with your browser’s zoom.

Known limitations

  • The Home film is a visual experience driven by scrolling. Everything it says is also on the page as text, but its imagery is described only briefly.
  • The site has been designed desktop-first; we are still refining the layouts for phones.
  • Links to WhatsApp and Google open services whose accessibility we don’t control.

How we test

We check pages with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, the reduced-motion setting and Lighthouse’s automated accessibility audit. This statement is based on our own assessment, last reviewed on the date at the top of this page.
