What the site is for

The site describes Grosco’s services and lets businesses apply to work with us. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services: an engagement begins only when both sides accept a written proposal or agreement, and that document’s terms then govern the work.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to apply. If you apply for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Applications

We take on a few brands at a time, so we may decline or not proceed with any application, without giving a reason. Please make sure the details you send are accurate and that you have the right to share them. How we handle them is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Figures and examples

Figures on the site, such as views generated or audience built, are totals across Grosco’s work to date. Where a figure is described as client-reported or best case, it is exactly that. None of them is a promise of what your brand will achieve: results depend on your product, market, budget and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee search rankings, reach, leads or sales.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, film, images, the Grosco name, logo and the T·A·R·S method materials belong to Grosco or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, adapt or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or these terms;
• send spam, false applications or harmful code, or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape or harvest content or data from the site in bulk, except by search engines and AI services that respect our robots.txt;
• impersonate Grosco or anyone else.

Links to other services

The site links to services we don’t control, such as WhatsApp and Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components, and its content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Grosco is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Liability for client work is governed by the client agreement.

Indemnity

If you breach these terms, you agree to compensate Grosco for reasonable losses and costs that result, including legal fees.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
